ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Club's Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 17th November 2020 commencing at 7:00pm sharp.

Due to Covid restrictions, this meeting will be held online via Zoom. Meeting details available via our AGM page.

As a growing club, a strong committee is vital to our continued growth and future success, so we encourage all members to attend and welcome all to join the committee.

Agenda will include:

- Confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting and of any General Meeting held since that meeting;

- Presidents Report

- Receive the financial report for the last preceding financial year ending 31st October 2020;

- Elect officers and ordinary members of the Committee

- To conduct any special business of which notice has been given in accordance with the Rules of the Association.

Members whose name appears in the official Register of Members (Ordinary Members and Life Members) will be eligible to vote and attend the meeting.

We would welcome some extra help on the committee, particularly in the following areas: Sponsorship, Football Department, Netball Department, Apparel, Bar, Canteen & Social Functions.
